Your Mission:

Working hand in hand with the Maintenance Manager, you will be the driving force behind the maintenance strategy, leading initiatives that make a real impact on safety, quality, and performance.

What You Will Do:

- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to define and implement the site's maintenance strategy.
- Act as a key user of the SAP Plant Maintenance module, supporting its proper implementation.
- Manage and optimize the maintenance department's spare parts inventory.
- Develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Support and guide the maintenance team in daily operations.
- Evaluate, Approve and monitor suppliers and MRO materials.




- Create purchase orders and contracts for maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to the execution of CAPEX projects and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

- Degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering or similar.
- 2–3 years of experience in maintenance departments, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and reliability.
- Availability outside of working hours when necessary.

Your Skills and Tools:

- Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with SAP (CNMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industrial automation.
- Familiarity with LEAN principles and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of maintenance KPIs and performance monitoring.
