We are seeking a highly motivated and organized BAI Analyst to join our team. The BAI Analyst will directly support our Managing Director and the BAI team, ensuring that integral FENIX data analytics are running smoothly. This includes but is not limited to tracking project profitability, staff resourcing, project budgets, data analytics, and other key company operating metrics. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior leadership and the business operations team to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations, data analytics, and business reporting
- Support the Managing Director in driving key project initiatives, including coordination, tracking, and execution
- Conduct research and analysis, facilitate internal workshops,
and lead business‑focused discussions to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key company performance metrics
- Maintain accurate and organized records, documentation, and reporting materials
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, accounting, finance, or a related field
- Existing authorization to work in the EU without the need for employer sponsorship
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality work
- Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams across multiple time zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools and/or cash flow analysis platforms (e.g., Airtable or similar)
- Experience developing scripts or automations, including the use of AI tools to optimize workflows
- Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating strong work ethic, maturity, and initiative
- Excellent planning, organizational, and task management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information into actionable insights
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects
