Position Overview
As a Junior Manager at IE University, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of programs or projects within the department. You will also manage day‑to‑day operations, liaise with internal teams and external partners, organize events and activities, ensure quality delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. This role often includes administrative tasks, budget monitoring, and process improvements to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate programs and projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align objectives and maintain smooth communication.
- Organize events and activities, such as workshops, meetings, and extracurricular initiatives.
- Monitor budgets and financial processes, including invoice coordination and payment follow‑up.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, presentations, and program materials.
- Ensure stakeholder engagement, including clients, students, sponsors, and faculty.
- Track progress and implement improvements to enhance processes and overall experience.
- Handle communications, including email management and promotional materials.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement in program design and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree. A Master’s degree is positively valued, although not an exclusive requirement.
- 0–3 years of professional experience, including supervisory functions.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, and good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in Project Coordination.
- Experience in higher education would be highly valuable.
- Ability to work well independently as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge and use of AI‑based tools are highly valued.
- A track record of customer interface, excellent organization skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
