We're on the hunt for a Property Manager Specialist who will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our homes, improving operational performance, and ensuring our members enjoy an outstanding living experience.

What you'll be doing:

- Customer Happiness Champion: Ensure each of our members enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience in their home because happy homes create happy people.
- Incident Commander: Work hand in hand with our Community team to manage, prioritize, and resolve daily incidents reported by members, ensuring fast and effective solutions.
- Data Whisperer: Analyze operational KPIs such as incidents, CSAT, energy consumption, maintenance performance, and operational costs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Cost Ninja: Monitor operational expenses and develop creative, data-driven initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining Cohabs’ quality standards.
- Reporting Guru: Prepare and present clear, actionable operational, energy, and financial reports that support decision-making and drive performance.
- Asset Guardian: Oversee maintenance and cleaning operations to preserve the value, quality, safety, and functionality of our homes.
- Bridge Builder: Act as the link between Construction and Operations teams, ensuring smooth handovers of newly completed homes and readiness for member move-ins.
- Continuous Improver:



Identify operational inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement solutions that enhance both team performance and member satisfaction.

What we're looking for:

- Analytical Whiz: You enjoy diving into data, understanding root causes, and transforming insights into concrete actions.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: You approach challenges with structure, ownership, and a strong solution-oriented mindset.
- Communication Ninja: You communicate clearly and effectively with members, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Customer-Obsessed: Delivering an exceptional member experience is always at the center of your decisions.
- Hands-On Operator: You're comfortable being on-site, learning from technicians, and understanding how things work in practice.
- Self-Starter: You take initiative, work autonomously, and proactively drive projects forward.
- Organizational Master: You can manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Language Aficionado: Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Technical Mindset: Experience in operations, property management, maintenance, construction, hospitality, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Manual Skills? That's definitely a plus!
