Responsibilities

- Work closely with the customer care team that processes incoming orders from customers and/or their health care professionals.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of all incoming sales orders to the relevant payers, coordinating with third‑party service providers.
- Verify that all required documentation for successful invoicing and collection is registered in our customer or ERP system.
- Contact payers promptly and appropriately in case of invoice or collection issues, directly or via third‑party service providers.
- Provide information to the International Accounting team regarding the status of invoicing and collections as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Completed vocational training with initial work experience in finance and/or the medical field (e.g., health insurance company, clinic, medical supply store).
- Good understanding of the Spanish health care system, including reimbursement channels, prescriptions for medical aids,



and medical billing across different regions.
- Relevant experience in customer service and a friendly, competent manner when interacting with payers and other stakeholders.
- Commitment to protecting customer data with a conscious, trusting approach.

Skills

- Good knowledge of Office 365 programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Spanish speaking; good to fluent in English.
- Self‑motivated and positive team player.
