P&C; Learning and Development Intern (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

- Assisting in scheduling calls and monitoring participation and attendance to different training sessions
- Managing and monitoring topics related to the P&C; Hub Learning and platforms such as Coursera
- Supporting registration and management of the training bonus through FUNDAE in Nordex
- Reviewing and controlling expiration dates for compulsory technical training
- Supporting the coordination of different company events such as Christmas campaigns, social responsibility activities and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Providing support and contributing to various initiatives throughout the year

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in law, human resources, Business Administration, or a related field




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Complementary training: Master’s degree in human resources and knowledge of Success Factors or SAP ERP is a plus
- Advanced professional English skills
