We are looking for a Packaging Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovative packaging solutions for new products and existing brands.
- Evaluate and validate new materials, technologies, and packaging concepts, balancing performance, sustainability, cost, and consumer needs.
- Lead packaging testing, trials, and industrial validations to ensure successful manufacturing implementation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers throughout the packaging development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Create and maintain technical specifications and packaging documentation, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact, optimizing costs, and enhancing operational performance.
- Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and effective stakeholder communication.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Design & Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0–3 years of professional experience in packaging, materials, product development, manufacturing,



process engineering, industrial projects, or similar technical environments.
- Strong interest in packaging technologies, materials innovation, sustainability, and consumer goods manufacturing.
- High level of English (minimum B2‑C1); additional languages are a plus.
- Availability for national and international travel.
- Experience within FMCG, packaging manufacturing, materials, or industrial environments will be considered an advantage.
