The Role

Join our dynamic Partner team and help shape how Lucanet's global partner ecosystem sells, delivers, and grows with our CFO Solution Platform. As a Partner Success Manager,



you'll be the trusted go-to for a portfolio of English-speaking partners — guiding them from onboarding through certification, and standing by them when it counts most: at escalation.

What you'll do
- Own the relationship for your partner portfolio, building trust with executive stakeholders and identifying opportunities to grow their Lucanet business.
- Onboard new partners and drive them through certification across our full product suite (CFP, DM, TAX, XBRL, LA, BCM, ESG, xP&A;).
- Guide partners through customer implementations — from the mandatory joint first project to full independent delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for partner-related issues, coordinating across Technical Services, Support, Cloud, and Professional Services to protect both the partner relationship and Lucanet's interests.
- Track enablement, certification, NPS, and escalation trends — turning data into action and reporting key
