Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
General Accounting Tasks:
- Record and maintain accurate accounting transactions, including entries in the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Reconciliation:
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, supplier accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
Financial Reporting Assistance:
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly
