As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large construction programmes, ensuring cost, schedule and quality targets are met. You will coordinate clients, contractors and suppliers while managing risks and reporting on project status. This role sits at the heart of our industrial, manufacturing and logistics projects in Spain, shaping outcomes for high-profile programmes. You will drive stakeholder alignment, commercial controls and project close-out activities, contributing to Turner u0026amp; Townsend’s reputation for world-class delivery.

• Lead delivery of construction projects against cost, schedule and quality objectives
• Manage General Contractors, consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders
• Monitor programmes and milestones, identify and mitigate delivery risks
• Review contracts, scopes of work and commercial submissions

• Review cost-loaded schedules and forecasts

• Oversee contractor estimates, budgets and change orders

• Oversee project close-out, handover, warranties and final documentation

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 7 years' experience as Construction Project Manager
• Solid understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and/or Low Voltage systems
• Strong commercial awareness and budget/cost management
• Advanced Excel, reporting and client presentations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Highly organized, proactive and fast-paced environment suitability
• Team-oriented with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Spanish fluency and good English level
• Mobility to work across Spain (advantageous)
