As a bridge between business and technology, you translate customer needs into practical solution concepts and guide implementations. You coordinate end-to-end projects and align customers with internal teams and partners. You support pre-sales and delivery, clarifying scope and presenting solutions. You help optimize order-to-invoice processes while aligning with TecAlliance standards. You will gather customer feedback to drive product and support improvements.

Responsabilidades
• Profound experience in business consulting, customer implementation, or project delivery




• Understanding of business processes; ideally ERP, supply chain, or integration environments
• Ability to translate requirements into clear, scalable, practical solutions
• Technical understanding of ERP systems; web services knowledge (REST or SOAP) beneficial
• XML, XSD, XSLT or EDI knowledge a plus
• Confident communication with customers and stakeholders; strong cross-team collaboration
• Structured work style with ownership and focus in complex scenarios
• Curiosity about applying AI to support business consulting, implementation, and optimization
• Fluency in English (B2+); German/Spanish or other languages are a plus
