Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide accurate, timely financial and non-financial analysis at regional level to support monthly reviews. You will act as a business partner to regions, challenge assumptions with fact-based insights, and drive standardized processes and KPIs. You will lead the finance cycle (budget, forecast and 5-year plan) and ensure financial accuracy across Pu0026amp;L, balance sheet, and cash. This is a key role for shaping regional finance strategy and supporting major transformation initiatives.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Perform month-end Pu0026L and balance sheet analysis with KPI oversight and variance review
• Lead monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning for the region
• Partner with local controllers/CFOs to support regional decision making
• Provide visibility on KPIs, profitability, balance sheet and operating free cash flow
• Participate in major regional projects and transformations, identifying risks and opportunities
• Maintain deck completeness and decision tracking for country-level BPR initiatives




• Evaluate business cases for regional initiatives in collaboration with Strategy and other areas
• Ensure compliance with finance cycle, processes and deadlines; drive risk management
• Serve as finance business partner for HQ functions and region-specific topics
• Improve reporting tools, dashboards, and controlling processes

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, international exposure preferred
• Strong background in Pu0026L management, financial analysis, and business performance drivers
• Experience with Group FPu0026A, Commercial Finance, or country controlling leadership
• Ability to challenge assumptions, synthesize data, and present to management
• Analytical, proactive, resilient under pressure and deadlines
• Team player with ability to work independently and manage complexity
• Fluent in English; French and Spanish valued
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills; familiarity with consolidation/reporting tools
• Experience in transformation projects or large-scale improvement initiatives
