As Data Scientist - Growth, you will advance predictive models that power our general sales engine. You’ll build and refine growth models (lead scoring, conversion, profitability) and collaborate with engineers and sales teams to embed insights into sales tools. You’ll experiment with new approaches to improve model accuracy and impact, supporting scalable data-driven decision making. This role blends analytics with business outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment.
