Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead technical investigations and drive continuous improvement for the QIAstat-Dx platform within a regulated ISO 13485 environment. You’ll work at the intersection of microfluidics, materials science, and diagnostics, partnering with Ru0026amp;D, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver robust product enhancements. The position is onsite in Barcelona and offers meaningful impact on diagnostic systems and customer outcomes.

• Design and execute troubleshooting strategies to identify root causes across materials, manufacturing, quality, and field performance

• Contribute to product development and innovation within integrated diagnostic systems

Responsabilidades
• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or other regulated industries
• Hands-on experience in experimental design, data analysis, and root cause investigation
• Experience with microfluidics, cartridge-based systems, or integrated diagnostic platforms (highly desirable)
• Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with ISO 13485
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear and effective communication skills in English (mandatory)
