As Principal Business Analyst for ENT International, you will act as a strategic partner to Finance, Marketing and Commercial leadership across OLM and RLM geographies. You enable data-driven decision making, improve visibility, and strengthen operating rigor in international markets while supporting key strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, and help translate data into actionable business narratives. This role offers broad exposure to healthcare analytics at scale with impact across international markets.

• Plan and oversee ENT International operating mechanisms across OLM and RLM
• Bridge Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to align across markets
• Drive cross-functional alignment to improve execution discipline and visibility
• Support ROI-based decision making and leadership prioritization
• Partner with RLM Directors, Marketing Directors and Finance leadership in a matrix environment
• Analyze revenue, mix, pricing, profitability and performance trends across territories
• Support forecasting inputs, AOP alignment, business reviews and performance tracking
• Own dashboards,



KPI frameworks and reporting tools for commercial execution
• Provide insights for campaigns, launches, QBRs and growth initiatives
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform resource allocation
• Translate complex data into clear leadership narratives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics or related field
• Minimum 5+ years in Business Analytics, Commercial Finance, FPu0026A, Marketing Analytics or related functions
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to link data to business decisions
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience in international and highly matrixed organizations
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and enterprise reporting systems
• Familiarity with OneStream, GSR, Salesforce or similar platforms
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills; clear English communication
• Autonomy, flexibility, proactivity and execution mindset
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes independently
