Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide specialist HVAC engineering support for offshore oil and gas facilities across FEED and EPC phases. You will ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams. You will influence design reviews, vendor documents, and field handover, contributing to safe, efficient offshore ventilation and life-safety systems. This is a chance to shape offshore HVAC solutions within a sustainable, low-carbon energy transition.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Perform and review HVAC deliverables for offshore facilities during FEED and EPC
• Review contractor HVAC designs, calculations, specs, and bid evaluations
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, API, ISO)
• Assess load calculations, ventilation, duct routing, pressurization, and smoke management
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil/Structural, Safety, and Construction teams
• Participate in HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/Constructability/Model and Design Reviews
• Review vendor documents and provide technical comments and approvals
• Support procurement through technical queries, bid evaluations, and vendor offers
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and start-up
• Review changes, deviations, concessions, and clarifications; monitor progress and risks
• Ensure compliance with QHSE, schedules, and project quality; support FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, handover
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Engineering certification or Chartered status preferred
• 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical industry
• 5+ years in a similar mega-project role (offshore)
• 5+ years in GCC region
• Experience in FEED and EPC project execution; offshore experience; ADNOC offshore experience
• PMC environment experience preferred
