Experteer Overview
In this role you will support hospitals and surgical teams by delivering hands-on and remote consulting to standardize robotic programs, boost OR efficiency, and optimize resources. You will partner with hospital leadership and cross-functional teams to launch, optimize, and sustain high-performing Genesis-based workflows. You will tackle challenges around utilization, training, and cost containment, delivering measurable value. This is a mission-driven role at a leader in robotic-assisted surgery, offering meaningful impact on patient care and team performance.

• Independently manage a territory, balancing consulting engagements with admin tasks
• Design and deliver Genesis OR consulting and educational programs
• Lead long-term, multi-stakeholder engagements with hospital teams
• Identify challenges, opportunities, and align priorities with stakeholders
• Provide on-site and remote consulting focused on workflow standardization and OR efficiency
• Support staff training, onboarding, and cost containment initiatives




• Optimize block scheduling and assist with new system integrations
• Collaborate across functions to meet implementation goals and customer milestones
• Analyze usage and performance data to tailor engagements and demonstrate value
• Support events, training sessions, and product launches
• Gather and report customer feedback for rapid resolution and improvement

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent clinical/healthcare experience considered
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare or hospital management, ideally in a B2B sales or hospital leadership role
• Experience in Operating Room environments
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Adaptable with schedules and travel up to 70%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management experience is a plus
• English fluency and local language as applicable
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management training is a plus
