As Global Vice President Talent u0026amp; Organization Development, you will architect and drive Hellmann’s talent, leadership and organizational capability across a globally connected business. You will shape how we attract, develop, mobilize and grow talent to enable transformation and strengthen leadership for a future-ready organization. This role combines strategic influence, transformation leadership and execution in an international setting. You will lead a diverse team, partner with executive leadership, and translate people strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
• Extensive international experience in Talent Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development
• Proven track record leading large-scale people transformation initiatives in global organizations
• Strong expertise in succession planning, workforce planning, and talent management across the employee lifecycle
• Experience influencing senior executives and driving change in complex matrix environments
• Global mindset with international career exposure and cross-cultural collaboration
• Strong leadership capabilities managing international teams
• Strategic, data-driven approach with focus on execution and sustainable results
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally; hybrid Osnabrück presence
