Experteer Overview
As Senior Architect, you will lead technically responsible, end-to-end cloud and Platform Engineering solutions for T-Systems' most strategic client projects. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape architecture across execution and development platforms, and drive adoption by operations and development teams. You will own risk, quality, and performance, while advancing DevOps, security, and observability practices. This role offers influence across a broad set of cloud platforms and IDP initiatives with a strong customer-facing component. You will be the technical partner and advisor to clients, shaping impactful platform strategies.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define optimal technological solutions for complex Platform Engineering projects focusing on development and execution platforms, SDLC, security, performance, automation, and resilience
• Evaluate and select technologies to improve the Software development cycle and adopt best practices
• Technically lead software development teams, promoting agile methodologies and best practices for coding, integration, and deployment
• Monitor code quality, performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions




• Define and implement DevOps and CI/CD strategies based on Everything as Code and GitOps
• Lead the construction of assets to accelerate IDP deployment in clients
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for the development team
• Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to ensure Platform Engineering adoption
• Identify and manage technical risks and propose innovative solutions
• Support the project manager in effort estimation and task planning
• Position as the customer's reference/advisory technical partner and validate designs with them
• Encourage iterative improvement of standards and internal practices from project learnings

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in technical leadership of client projects with complex cloud architectures
• Deep specialization in Platform Engineering
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external architecture efforts
• Experience with DevOps, SDLC, security, observability, and related practices
• Strong advisory and client-facing capabilities
