As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer at SGS, you will shape and evolve the Dynamics 365 platform and related business apps. You will drive solution design, implementation, and integration across the Dynamics ecosystem in a global, agile setting. You’ll own technical delivery, reduce debt, and elevate performance and security. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-scale systems at a trusted TIC leader, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous learning.

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / CRM) solutions
• Configure and extend Dynamics via plugins, workflows, Power Platform, and custom integrations
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design across Dynamics and integrated apps
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices for Dynamics environments
• Optimize and modernize existing Dynamics implementations to boost scalability and performance

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP) development
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK/customization tools
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) for integrations
• Solid understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and DevOps
• Proven experience across the full SDLC
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics deployments
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in a general, multicultural environment
