Experteer Overview
In this role you will build enterprise-scale AI solutions to transform financial decision-making and insights. You will work with Finance, Data Science, and Technology experts to automate processes and generate measurable business impact. You’ll explore Agentic AI, large language models, and advanced analytics to deliver value in digital finance. This position offers the chance to influence finance planning, forecasting, and performance management at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions for finance planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Build multi-agent systems that reason, retrieve information, execute tasks, and generate recommendations
• Develop AI-powered analytics to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Integrate large language models into enterprise workflows with governance and reliability




• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures using enterprise knowledge sources
• Implement monitoring, evaluation, and testing frameworks to measure quality and impact
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI products that create measurable value

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• Minimum five years of AI/ML or enterprise software experience
• Proven experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems in production
• Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and enterprise AI frameworks
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and scalable deployment architectures
