In this role you drive audience growth by developing and executing strategic campaigns for Fever’s experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Fever’s partners and Fever Original events, using data-driven insights to optimize performance. The position sits in Acquisition Marketing, shaping multi-channel campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and bookings. You will work from Madrid, contributing to a fast-paced, global team and helping Fever expand its footprint in live entertainment. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the marketing strategy for experiences and Fever Original events
• Develop compelling, globally focused marketing strategies for exclusive experiences
• Create high-visibility performance campaigns on social channels (Facebook, Instagram)
• Collaborate with growth marketing to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Provide strategic direction for campaigns across Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content Copywriting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Responsabilidades
• 4-6 years of Digital Marketing experience
• Proficient in English and French
• Marketing background
• Willingness to work in Madrid and evolve within Fever
