Experteer Overview
In this role you design, simulate, verify, and maintain control and signal processing algorithms for grid-connected and off-grid power converters. You work on modeling the power stage, validate control laws in simulation, and support real-world verification with HIL systems. You’ll ensure design quality, documentation, and timely delivery while aligning with the company’s mission to advance clean energy infrastructure. This position offers impact across cutting-edge renewable power projects and cross-functional collaboration.

• Model, design and verify control algorithms using simulations
• Verify algorithms with HIL systems and support real-world testing
• Develop and maintain simulation models for power converters
• Document design and verification work and ensure compliance with workflows
• Analyze high-level system specifications and translate into implementable controls
• Support firmware verification of control and signal processing algorithms
• Write technical documentation for designs and support to other departments
• Participate in periodic department and product meetings
• Follow department workflow and maintain up-to-date design records
Responsabilidades
• Experience in technical writing (academic level)
• Academic background in modeling and design of controllers for solar inverters, wind power, energy storage, UPS, network quality, electric mobility, or electrical converters
• Proficiency with Matlab/Simulink, Octave, PSIM, PLECS, Simba Typhoon HIL or similar HIL systems
• Knowledge of dynamic modeling and control theory
• Experience with ERP tools and company product knowledge
• On-the-job training and vocational training aligned with industry standards
