Experteer Overview
In this role you provide expert guidance and leadership in the creation, updating, and compliance of flight operations manuals to ensure safety and efficiency. You will lead the manuals strategy, coordinate across the Manuals department, and drive transformation with regulators and industry peers. You will engage in audits and international forums, shaping manuals to satisfy evolving standards. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at a leading European airline.

• Prepare for and manage the impact of changes in regulatory requirements from bodies like EASA and IATA

Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations or related fields with substantial exposure to flight operations manuals
• Experience managing audits and liaising with regulatory bodies (EASA and IATA)
• Proven project management experience with large-scale initiatives
• High proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish (C1) for regulatory and internal communications
