Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, build, and maintain software within the Incentives team to enhance the customer experience across acquisition, signup, and premium membership. You’ll work in a collaborative, cross-functional setup that values knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and delivering impactful features at scale. The role offers exposure to modern cloud architectures and a fast-paced, security-minded engineering culture. You’ll contribute to innovative banking experiences and have opportunities to shape product and technology decisions.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in developing software using a JVM language and Spring Boot in large-scale production systems (Kotlin a plus)
• Solid understanding of microservice architecture
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, preferably Postgres
• Experience with modern cloud architectures, preferably AWS
• Bias for action, focus on security, and a commitment to well-tested, well-documented code
• Ability to give and receive direct, timely feedback
