Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the Trade u0026amp; Ethics function to ensure SITA operates legally and ethically across general markets. You will work with cross‑functional teams to advise on sanctions, export controls, and economic crime risks, while managing the whistleblowing process and third‑party engagements. You will influence internal stakeholders to get deals across the line and support business growth with compliant governance. This is a globally minded role that combines legal expertise with business impact, under a push for sustainable, ethical operations.

• Oversee whistleblowing hotline governance and case triage
• Advise on sanctions, export controls, and related compliance requirements
• Assess and mitigate economic crime risks (fraud, corruption)
• Coordinate engagement of market third parties (sales agents, delivery partners)
• Prepare and present clear governance documents and contracts to enable deals
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external parties with concise,



empathetic communication
• Contribute to ad hoc projects within SITA Legal leveraging business experience
• Provide autonomous legal guidance within a domain to support global operations

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3–5 years corporate law experience
• Autonomous role in one or more legal domains
• Strong international experience with multiple service providers and legal systems
• Ability to influence and guide across management and cross‑functional teams
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
