Experteer Overview
As a Performance Energy Engineer in Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you will identify opportunities to optimize energy use in buildings and deliver energy-saving solutions that meet customer goals. You work within the Digital Services team to apply analytics, audits, and value-focused design to reduce energy consumption, costs, and maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support sales in digital services opportunities, contributing to a more sustainable, energy-efficient built environment. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge building analytics and a broad, impact-driven scope across Spain.

• Conduct remote building data analytics and develop facility improvement measures plans
• Engage with stakeholders across industries to understand energy usage, operations, and design gaps
• Assist sales in identifying and qualifying potential digital services contracts
• Own the optimization process from discovery through delivery, including audits, cost calculations, design, and verification




• Collaborate with the Siemens European Digital Delivery Center and manage internal stakeholders
• Monitor market trends to enhance service offerings

Responsabilidades
• Experience with plant and control optimization in industry and buildings
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) is advantageous
• Strong understanding of technical infrastructure and ability to redesign systems for energy and maintenance efficiency
• Theoretical background to quantify effects of equipment changes and field experience in HVAC, ventilation, heat recovery, and process optimization
• English and Spanish language skills
• Background as civil/mechanical/energy engineer with HVAC and energy efficiency project experience
• Certified Energy Manager and/or CMVP is a plus
