Experteer Overview
As Product Director, you will lead the Hybrid Casual portfolio for Belka Games, owning strategy, live operations, and Ru0026amp;D to drive sustainable growth and long-term value. You’ll shape product health, monetization, and team organization while aligning cross-functional partners around shared goals. The role sits on the Belka Games leadership team, contributing to a broader product strategy and scalable practices. You will push for repeatable success in launching and scaling new initiatives and refining live products.

• Define and implement the Hybrid Casual portfolio strategy to ensure sustainable growth
• Drive revenue, profitability, and long-term portfolio value; optimize investment efficiency
• Improve retention, engagement, monetization, and product quality across live products
• Balance short-term performance with long-term investments and allocate resources
• Set LiveOps priorities based on data and growth potential
• Decide on launch, scaling, transformation, or termination of product initiatives
• Ensure reliable execution of product updates and scale successful features
• Foster cross-functional decision-making across Product, Development, Analytics, Marketing
• Partner with leadership on long-term product strategy and development
• Hire and develop senior product leaders and autonomous teams




• Define and implement the Ru0026D strategy for Hybrid Casual direction
• Identify opportunities, manage hypothesis pipeline, experiments, prototypes, and initiatives
• Apply data-informed, hypothesis-driven prioritization and validation
• Develop business cases and investment gates; evaluate success criteria
• Systematize learnings and scale effective practices across initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Senior product leadership experience in games (Product Director, Head of Product, etc.)
• Strong experience with live mobile F2P games, ideally Hybrid Casual or Casual genres
• Proven ability to define and implement product strategy
• Experience managing a portfolio across full product lifecycle
• Experience owning business performance and resource allocation
• Deep understanding of monetization, LiveOps, economies, and market dynamics in mobile games
• Strong analytical and business skills with data-driven decision making
• Experience building autonomous cross-functional teams and hiring senior product leaders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English and Russian
