In this role you lead a global initiative to modernize Oracle-based apps and replatform legacy environments to Oracle PaaS, OCI, and contemporary software architectures. You will guide technical strategy, mentor teams, and shape proposals for enterprise partners. The position blends hands-on architecture with presales and solution design to drive AI-enabled modernization at scale. You’ll collaborate across functions to deliver high-impact digital transformation using Oracle and cloud-native approaches. This is a chance to influence technology choices and help partners evolve critical systems.

• Lead a global initiative focused on Agentic Application Modernization and Replatforming for Oracle environments
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, guiding career development and knowledge sharing
• Participate in global proposals, demos, and PoCs, translating business needs into robust technical architectures
• Architect and guide modernization of legacy Oracle environments (Forms, Reports, PL-SQL, Java, .Net) toward modern frameworks
• Oversee CloudOps, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), and multi-cloud integration strategies




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technical departments in a fast-paced setting
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in Oracle Core u0026 Cloud Architecture, OCI, Exadata CS, Autonomous Database, and AI-enabled SDLC practices

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience as Technical Architect or DBA with deep Oracle OCI knowledge
• Proven legacy modernization and replatforming capabilities (Oracle Forms, Reports, PL-SQL, Java, .Net to APEX or VB using GoldenGate and ODI)
• Solid understanding of Generative AI Agentic models to refine automation and human-in-the-loop AI Pod management
• Strong technical leadership, mentorship, and ability to shape teams and career paths
• Experience in global presales, solution design, demos, and PoCs
• Comprehensive CloudOps, CI/CD, and IaC experience; multi-cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with OIC, Java, Python, or JavaScript; active Oracle Cloud or AI certifications are a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a bilingual English/Spanish environment
• Hybrid work eligibility in Spain
