The Work

We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization team and looking for experienced Managers with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. As a Manager, you will drive client engagements, oversee the execution of transformation programs, and participate in business development efforts.

Responsibilities

- Leading transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.

- Managing client relationships, understanding their challenges, and shaping solutions tailored to their needs.

- Overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Designing and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness using Accenture’s methodologies and tools.

- Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop engagement strategies.

- Developing transformation roadmaps, including next-generation communication strategies and training programs.

- Measuring the effectiveness of interventions using data-driven approaches and storytelling.

- Supporting business development by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships.

- Mentoring and coaching junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.

What You Need

-

- 6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large-scale environments.

- Minimum bachelor’s degree.

- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

- Proficiency in at least one other language.

- For positions in the Barcelona office,



proficiency in Catalan is required.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

- Cultural sensitivity and experience working in multinational environments.

- Experience with analytics is an asset.

- Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued.

- Experience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued.

- Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.
