Experteer Overview
You will lead strategic procurement for complex engineering projects, aligning supplier activity with engineering objectives and project timelines. Working with Engineering, Project Management, and Commodity Management, you will manage RFQs, supplier onboarding, negotiations, and post-order performance. This role supports delivering cost-effective, innovative project solutions across pre- and post-order phases in a cross-functional, international setting. You’ll contribute to sustainable, reliable power and energy management projects with a focus on continuous improvement and governance.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute project procurement strategies for materials, equipment, and services aligned with project goals
• Lead end-to-end RFQ process for complex scopes and integration solutions
• Collaborate with Commodity Managers to align category strategies and risk plans
• Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers including integration partners and field service providers
• Lead/assist commercial negotiations for optimal project purchasing terms
• Ensure technical compliance and supplier readiness across project execution
• Monitor supplier performance and address delivery, quality, and contractual issues
• Coordinate with Operational Buyers for efficient purchase order execution
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices and change management
• Maintain procurement records and project data in relevant systems and governance across lifecycle
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of procurement experience in complex engineering projects
• Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems and integration requirements
• Program management experience with tools and processes
• English and Spanish language proficiency; French advantageous
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in cross-functional, multi-region environments and change management
