Experteer Overview
In this role, you report to the Head of Accounting and Reporting and act as a key financial partner to drive reporting excellence across Spain, France, and Italy for the UK parent. You lead the Accounting and Reporting team, advancing IFRS 17 and PCEA expertise while delivering high-quality statutory and regulatory reporting. You will guide digital transformation through ERP implementation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust internal controls and risk mitigation. This position combines technical accounting leadership with strategic cross-border collaboration and change management.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings ensuring correct application of PCEA and IFRS 17
• Lead, mentor and upskill the team in IFRS 17 and Solvency II to raise technical capability
• Coordinate preparation of Statutory Annual Accounts and regulatory reports; liaise with internal and external auditors




• Ensure high-quality Solvency II data for SFCR and QRTs in collaboration with Actuarial and Capital teams
• Partner with the UK Group Finance team and local teams in France and Italy for process alignment
• Supervise internal controls and document processes to align with Group standards and mitigate operational risks
• Act as finance stream coordinator for ERP implementation and drive change management
• Deliver management reporting, variance analyses and KPIs to the Head of Department and CFO
