In this role you lead the strategy and delivery of AskNovartis, Novartis' AI-enabled front door for employee services. You drive adoption and continuous improvement across domains, balancing speed with readiness as the platform scales. You chair dual accountability for enterprise platform outcomes and the DDu0026amp;IT domain (Ask IT), ensuring measurable employee value and a seamless self-service experience. Your work shapes the employee experience and governance for a multi-partner ecosystem.

• Define and govern the platform's service catalog with clear ownership and self-service design.
• Lead adoption and deployment planning to make AskNovartis the default entry point for prioritized services.
• Oversee testing with end users of DDu0026IT services and AI-driven interactions, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Ensure AI trust and platform integration with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Intune) and maintain production-grade capabilities.
• Govern a multi-partner ecosystem, shape investment cases, and track value realization through adoption and outcomes.
