Experteer Overview
In this role you will help deliver environmental and human health risk assessments for complex projects across national and international contexts. You will support Worley Consulting’s Environment, Water and Sustainability team with risk modelling, data analysis and tool development, contributing to sustainable site management and regulatory compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations. This is a chance to shape risk-based decision making and impact client projects through innovative digital solutions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop conceptual site models
• Perform fault tree analyses, risk quantification and monetization
• Develop risk assessment tools using Excel, with VB and Power BI as desirable
• Support data analysis and tool development/programming
• Interpret data related to site contamination, geology and hydrogeology
• Carry out Tier 1/2 Human Health Risk Assessments and data gap analyses




• Prepare and review technical reports to schedule and budget
• Support project management including planning, scheduling and quality assurance
• Contribute to business development through technical and commercial proposals
• Participate in stakeholder engagement and project meetings

Responsabilidades
• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of environmental contaminants and subsurface transport
• HazID studies and basic fault tree analysis knowledge
• Experience with HHRAs and compliance with ELD and related regulations
• Proficiency in Excel; GIS (ArcGIS or QGIS); programming and data analytics (VB, Python, Power BI)
• Experience with RBCA, RISC, and CLEA tools
• Strong report writing and client-facing communication skills
• Spanish native proficiency and English professional proficiency
• Ability to work across disciplines, teams and geographies
