Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive revenue by articulating the business value of Workiva solutions in sales engagements. You’ll influence medium to large pursuits and advise the sales team on value and business-case consistency. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover drivers, craft executive-level value stories, and support bids with compelling financials. The role combines strategic analysis, persuasive storytelling, and hands-on enablement to accelerate customer decision-making, all within a fast-paced environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Assist cross-functional teams in customer interviews and workshops as part of Value Assessments
• Identify, prioritize, and quantify business drivers to align with customer outcomes
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations with financial business cases
• Enable the sales organization on Value Management principles and tools
• Collaborate with Commercial Desk on proposal pricing and winning bids




• Ensure smooth handoff of outcomes and measures to Client Services and Customer Success
• Collect and measure industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarking

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Value Consulting or related
• Strong analytical, spreadsheet and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation and document development abilities
• Proven results-driven mindset and solid business acumen
• Experience in Sales, Solution Engineering, Strategy Consulting, and/or Customer Success
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Experience managing elements of customer experience in pre-sales or post-sales capacities
• Proven ability to apply value creation/value realization principles
