In this role you coordinate outbound parcel transport across distribution centers to ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective delivery. You work with carriers, DC operations, and supply chain partners to drive operational excellence and customer service. You lead performance reviews, standardize shipping processes, and push continuous improvements. The position sits within MedTech at Johnson u0026amp; Johnson, offering impact on patient care through optimized logistics. This is a hands-on role with exposure to cross-functional projects and cost optimization at scale.

• Coordinate Outbound Transportation (Parcel) operations with transportation providers and DC operations
• Ensure reliable day-to-day transportation execution focusing on speed, quality, compliance, and customer service
• Monitor transportation performance and drive corrective actions with carriers and partners
• Lead Carrier Operational Performance Reviews to ensure SLAs and identify optimization opportunities
• Own and deliver standard shipping transaction processes and translate into control plans
• Identify opportunities for harmonization and continuous improvement across transportation operations




• Provide analytical and project management support for operational and financial improvement initiatives (carrier changes, lane implementations, mode shifts, order profile optimization)
• Lead shipment complaints and claims management processes to drive systemic improvements

Responsabilidades
• BSC Degree in Logistics/Transportation or related field
• 3-5 years experience
• High attention to detail with urgency and strong prioritization
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder collaboration
• Track record of developing and implementing projects and business solutions
• Ability to work in a highly complex environment
• Continuous improvement and innovation in logistics/transportation processes
• Lean certification is a plus
• IT literacy (strong Excel; Access/Oracle a plus)
• Business fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
