In this role you lead the Global Fire and Explosion Safety Program, ensuring compliance across worldwide facilities. You drive safety standards, risk mitigation, and training to strengthen operational excellence. You will work with cross-functional teams and Real Estate projects to uphold safety requirements and investigate incidents for corrective action. A globally itinerant position with 10–20% travel, offering a meaningful impact on safety culture and risk management.

• Lead and govern the BU Fire and Explosion Safety Program and provide technical guidance
• Assess prevention systems across BU TR facilities, tools, and equipment
• Develop cross-functional strategies for safety measures and standards
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation actions for Fire and Explosion safety
• Provide training and develop technical competencies at local sites
• Define safety requirements during purchasing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance




• Coordinate with Real Estate projects to ensure regulatory and internal compliance
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering with specialization in Fire and Explosion safety
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of EN (EU) Fire and Explosion Regulations, SEVESO, ATEX, British Standards, API, and NFPA
• Experience in safety inspections and audits for Fire and Explosion safety
• Proven collaboration with insurance companies on prevention
• Strong technical safety knowledge and risk review experience for capital projects
• Willingness to travel globally (10–20%) and English fluency
• Knowledge of related safety standards and regulatory frameworks
