In this role you design and govern Ferrer's integral total rewards framework to support strategic priorities. You will shape salary structures, incentives, and benefits across geographies, providing data-driven insights to leadership. You’ll lead annual salary reviews, ensure pay equity, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to balance people costs with long-term growth. The position offers the chance to impact culture, transparency, and financial sustainability at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and maintain global salary structures and compensation frameworks across geographies and business units
• Conduct market benchmarks to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
• Lead end-to-end annual salary review and bonus distribution processes
• Design and maintain variable pay and incentive frameworks aligned with performance
• Review global benefits for consistency, competitiveness, and cultural alignment
• Model compensation scenarios and financial implications for reviews and budget forecasting
• Ensure reward practices are financially viable and aligned with long-term budget
• Develop and maintain job families and levels for internal equity across the globe
• Lead global pay equity audits (gender, function, country) to identify and mitigate biases
• Support transparent reward practices in line with global regulations
• Build dashboards and automate reports for leadership; ensure responsible use of people data
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business Administration, xcskxlj Economics, HR, or Finance
• +8 years of proven experience in global rewards roles in multinational or high-growth environments
• Exceptional modeling capabilities and comfort with complex data sets
• Advanced experience with HRIS (Workday/SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership
• Fluent English (C1-C2) for global coordination
• Professional level Spanish is essential
