In this strategic role, you will spearhead European Service market and account development, shaping growth across data centers and renewables. You’ll align regional actions with integral strategies, driving sustainable revenue, market share, and profitability while collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Service teams. You will be the voice of the customer to tailor service offerings and accelerate delivery of innovative solutions. This position offers a chance to influence the energy transition at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
• Minimum 10 years in market development, strategic sales, or business management
• Proven growth experience in sustainability-oriented markets (data centers, renewables)
• Strong knowledge of the European energy market and service landscape
• Ability to design and execute regional growth strategies
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills in a matrix organization
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
