In this hybrid role in Madrid, you act as a key technical resolver within the IT Service Support team, ensuring stability and security of banking systems, notably Temenos Triple A. You will be the escalation point for second-line end-user issues and drive incident resolution and system health improvements. You contribute to business continuity for a leading integral wealth manager by analyzing complex incidents, maintaining runbooks, and proposing automation. This position offers impact in private banking technology within a dynamic, high-pressure environment and on-call availability for critical outages or releases.

• Perform regular system health checks and maintain runbooks and recovery guides
• Propose automation and improvements to reduce recurring incidents
• Participate in post-incident reviews with findings and recommendations
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards and audit guidelines
• Log activities in ServiceNow and assist with KPI and availability reporting
• Provide on-call support and escalate during outages or major releases
