As OPTIMAX Integral Product Manager, you own the long-term profitable growth of your product portfolio within Energy Industries, balancing technical and customer needs. You will align with Ru0026amp;D, Operations, Sales and Marketing to deliver global product solutions and define the roadmap. You’ll lead go-to-market efforts, content, and thought leadership while exploring new markets and potential Mu0026amp;A opportunities. This role emphasizes sustainability, advanced process control, and cross-functional execution on a global scale.

• Build and execute the OPTIMAX product strategy for EN Plant Optimization and related Advanced Process Control applications
• Define the product roadmap and prioritize new features with Ru0026D to meet targets
• Interface with product development, operations, financials, marketing, sales, service and business development to anticipate market needs
• Own go-to-market messaging, segment content, customer demos,



and thought leadership materials
• Collaborate with marketing to keep external and internal websites up to date
• Identify and develop new markets and opportunities in collaboration with business development, including potential Mu0026A opportunities

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years in product management for energy, process and emissions optimization solutions
• Strong understanding of software-related business models in energy industry segments
• Proficiency with modern product development methods and ICT technologies (Cloud, Edge, AI)
• Experience in Energy Industries (Refineries, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Power Generation)
• Ability to translate service concepts and external requirements into value propositions and technical requirements
• Strong communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills
