Experteer Overview
In this hybrid Madrid-based role, you will lead automation testing efforts for private banking projects, defining and executing the test concept while ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost targets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape test strategy, develop plans aligned to release calendars, and mentor junior teammates. Your impact lies in advancing automated testing practices to support secure, reliable financial services technology.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and implement the test concept and strategy, focusing on automation
• Plan, coordinate, execute and document tests with appropriate tools and techniques
• Prepare and maintain test plans aligned to release strategy
• Provide and monitor test resources (personnel, methods, processes, tools)




• Analyze requirements for testability and create test specifications from functional and non-functional requirements
• Set up test environments and data, assess product risk and determine testing depth
• Conduct tests, document results, isolate and describe defects
• Produce test reports and evidence for stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior team members
