Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own the strategic roadmap and end-to-end delivery of Allianz's data products and services, shaping enterprise capabilities across Anti-Fraud, Cat Analytics, GEOspatial, and the Integral Data Layer. You’ll lead a global, cross-functional team and advise senior stakeholders on data and analytics topics, aligning with Group IT strategy and driving AI/GenAI adoption. Expect to advance governance, security, and performance while innovating with real-time analytics. This is a high-impact opportunity to scale data products in a large, global organization.

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for shared data products and services aligned to the group strategy
• Oversee lifecycle of enterprise-grade data products ensuring governance, security and performance
• Embed AI/ML and real-time analytics into product roadmaps to future-proof services

Responsabilidades
• Deep expertise in modern data architectures, cloud platforms, data integration and governance frameworks
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with integral teams
• Executive stakeholder management and ability to drive senior-level decisions
• Strong business acumen including budget management, vendor negotiation, and product ownership
• Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies with practical application; hands-on with Agentic development is a plus
• 10+ years of data and analytics leadership in large global organizations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
