In this role, you drive strategic transformation and digital innovation within Allianz’s General Fleet Management team. You’ll work with international stakeholders to shape the future of mobility, building scalable operating models and data-driven processes. You will-profile opportunities, create business cases, and advance AI-enabled, sustainable mobility solutions. This position offers broad exposure to business development, digital transformation, and ESG-rich reporting, with global visibility and impact.

• Lead strategic transformation and business development initiatives across Allianz entities worldwide
• Identify and quantify new business opportunities and develop value-creating business cases
• Design scalable operating models, global standards, and best practices for fleet services

• Drive strategic sourcing,



supplier optimization, and partnership initiatives
• Prepare executive presentations, facilitate workshops, and coordinate with international stakeholders for sustainable outcomes
• Identify opportunities to harmonize processes, increase automation, and establish global standards across Fleet Services

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Business Development, Strategy, Management Consulting, Transformation, Process Excellence, Procurement, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured mindset
• Experience in developing business cases, managing projects, and driving change initiatives
• Genuine interest in digitalization, AI, and future mobility solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clear topic explanation
• Ability to build relationships across cultures, functions, and stakeholders
• Passion for continuous improvement and creating sustainable business value
• Excellent command of English (business fluent); additional languages a plus
