Experteer Overview
In this role, you own end-to-end delivery across the stack to move money and manage multi-currency balances. You shape the platform as Xe rebuilds its core layer, collaborating with product, design, and compliance. You will mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and drive modernization of legacy services with a modern stack. Your work integrates AI-enabled tooling to accelerate building, testing, and deploying production features. This opportunity combines high impact, scale, and cross-functional influence in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and own features across the stack for money movement and multi-currency balances (onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement)
• Lead delivery of customer-facing features from UI to backend services
• Own production health for your domain (reliability, observability, on-call, incident response)
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with product, design, and compliance from problem framing to launch
• Lead design reviews, set technical direction, and mentor mid-level engineers
• Leverage agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent)

Responsabilidades
• 6 to 10+ years building production web applications end-to-end
• Strong frontend proficiency with Vue.js, React, or equivalent
• Strong backend proficiency in C# / .NET; other OOP languages welcome (Java, Kotlin, Go)
• Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals
• Experience writing and maintaining tests as part of shipping
• Daily use of agentic coding tools across the SDLC
• Production experience on AWS (deployment, CI/CD, native services such as SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, Lambda)
• Strong system design and architecture experience (microservices, event-driven patterns)
• Payments, FX, or regulated-industry experience
• Track record of technical leadership (mentoring, design reviews, architecture decisions)
• Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and design
