Experteer Overview
In this individual contributor role, you will lead supply chain, procurement, and logistics initiatives to enable timely, cost-efficient production. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design integrated processes and implement policies that streamline materials control. You’ll manage projects from design through implementation, mentoring colleagues and driving improvements. This position offers impact by reducing costs, optimizing operations, and supporting MiniMed’s mission to improve care for people living with diabetes. You will work with senior stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable results.

• Create integrated processes across internal functions and external suppliers
• Plan and analyze procurement, inventory control, planning, and quality control of production materials
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and material control systems to reduce costs and streamline procedures

• Advanced knowledge of the job area gained through education and experience
• Practical knowledge of project management
• Bachelor degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
