Experteer Overview
In this role you will help accelerate Novartis’ digital finance transformation by turning data into actionable insights and scalable solutions. You will partner with global Finance stakeholders to improve forecasting, planning, and business performance using advanced analytics and AI. You’ll work at the intersection of Finance, data, and technology to shape next‑gen intelligent finance capabilities. This is a hands-on, cross‑functional role with a clear impact on decision making and value delivery.

• Develop and monitor performance metrics for AI and digital finance solutions
• Support pilot programmes, proofs of concept, and strategic digital transformation initiatives
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making
• Lead development, implementation, rollout, and adoption of digital finance products
• Drive automation and process improvements across planning, forecasting, and management reporting
• Collaborate with data science, analytics,



and visualization experts to deliver business value

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
• 3-4 years of experience in Finance, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and statistical analysis
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
