Experteer Overview
In this Lead Scrum Master role, you guide up to three Agile teams within a SAFe framework to deliver value through disciplined, collaborative practices. You’ll coach teams, facilitate key ceremonies, and drive adoption of Agile across the organization while removing impediments. You will lead Scrum of Scrums and partner with Product Owners to optimize backlog and sprint delivery. Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills in multicultural environments
• Proficiency with relevant tools, systems and technologies
