Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and evolve the core card spending experience within Perk’s Spend domain. You’ll work with engineers across European hubs to deliver high-impact initiatives, shaping designs and writing production code. You’ll influence the platform’s technical direction while balancing rapid delivery and long-term maintainability in a transactional domain. This is a hands-on senior role with ownership from design to deployment, focused on reliability and scalability for customers across Europe.

• Drive architectural decisions and design documents for major platform changes
• Mentor less experienced engineers and raise engineering standards
• Coordinate with squads and engineering guilds to align on shared topics and roadmaps

Responsabilidades
• Experience as a senior software engineer in complex transactional systems
• Ability to quickly learn payments or financial domains; strong technical judgment
• Track record of delivering reliable, scalable software with end-to-end ownership
• Ability to communicate complex ideas across teams and leadership levels
• Hands-on coding plus design and architectural thinking
• Mentorship and collaboration across cross-functional teams
