Experteer Overview
In this role you will build scalable backend and frontend features for Launchmetrics’ Samples and Events domain, enabling enterprise fashion brands to manage launches and live moments. You’ll work in a pod-driven team that owns end-to-end delivery, from scope to adoption, with a focus on performance and usability. You’ll collaborate with design and product to ship user-friendly interfaces, APIs, and robust systems under real-world pressure. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain backend systems with PHP 8+, MySQL 8+, and Laravel
• Develop frontend components with React and optimize bundling with Esbuild, Vite, or equivalent
• Design and maintain APIs connecting frontend and backend services
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
• Write unit tests for frontend and backend code to ensure quality




• Monitor and maintain tech stack dependencies (npm, composer) for stability and security
• Keep documentation current for codebase, APIs, and architecture
• Leverage Claude Code for AI-assisted development while ensuring review of AI outputs

Responsabilidades
• Engineer Degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years in full-stack SaaS development
• Proficiency in PHP 8+ and MySQL 8, with Laravel experience
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar)
• Experience with modern bundlers (vite, Esbuild, webpack)
• Ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate frontend/backend systems
• Fluent English written and spoken
